It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. An extremely supportive organisation.

At a very low point in my life, when I was steeped in debt, I sought help from Stepchange and they took me through the process of clearing my debts with the banks. I paid on a monthly basis, at an affordable rate. It took me nine years, paying by Direct Debit, but I managed it. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021
