I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Excellent service, they calm you down from the general panic of mounting debts. The only reason not full marks is that twice they cancelled our debt plan without notifying us they would do so. They did, however, easily re-instate it after discussions Reviewed on: 4th September 2021

If I Hadn't Found You...

If I hadn't have found out about StepChange a few years ago I don't know what position I would be in now! They've helped me so much with working out my finances and getting things paid off and im starting to see the final approach of this journey. I would recommend StepChange to anyone who is in the same position as me. Everyone at the call centre is really friendly and don't judge you in anyway...they are there to help you!
