Emerging from the worry cloud

When I finally went to StepChange for help I was at the end of the road. Debts were mounting up beyond my ability to repay them. I had managed to bring up my children alone and help both of them through university. But I had started to ‘Rob Peter to pay Paul’ and found myself in a nightmare of juggling spiralling debt. Unable to log in to account

Very happy apart from not being able to view my statements as the email you use to send me emails is correct but it says its not a valid email so not able to view statements or do my review online I have questioned this on numerous occasions but as yet it has still not been sorted if anyone can help? Brilliant
