Amazing company, helped me out massively, at a point I didn’t think I’d ever be out of debt, 2 years done 2 more to go and I’ll be debt free forever, couldn’t of done it without the help of StepChange, never one had a bad telephone conversation, always been there to help, nothing is ever too much. My experience using Stepchange service has been very positive. I don’t know what I would have done to resolve my debt problem if I had not received the timely help and support I was given. They are kind, polite, professional and nonjudgmental. StepChange staff are always ready to help, always have the right information and make me feel at ease every time I’m in contact with the service.
