I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Step change have saved my life, before turning to them I was struggling to get by every month. I was severely depressed and anxious about my financial situation. Step change acted quickly and put my mind at ease, since asking for help I feel next to no pressure around my finances as they have been so supportive. Step change has given me my life back!

After hitting 30k debt me and hubby just couldn't see a way out. I was really nervous about calling step change but i need not have worried. They were non judgemental and really helpful. We are now 4yrs into our debt management with just 12 payments left to pay. We couldn't have done that without step change! Reviewed on: 4th September 2021
