I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Words can’t explain how helpful and amazing step change has been Without them I would be lost ! Not only helping me but they help my sis come out of spiralling debt and many more alike They don’t judge and any issues whoever small or big they go the extra mile to help resolve. From the moment I spoke with the team, the stress pressure was off my shoulders. I’ve been with them for many years and in about 3 years I will be debt free!
