It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Help without judgement

We can all fall on bad times and it doesn't make you a bad person, Stepchange offer help and guidance without judgement when you need it most. Saved from the depth of utter despair

I was given a life line. I was a full time working single parent drowning in debt. I was saved by a simple phone call. The relief and hope this charity brings to ordinary people who unlike some doubters might believe, are trying to do everything to make a better life for their families.
