It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Professional yet understanding none kudgemental

I have never been in debt before and had kept this massive secret from family and friends that I was sinking in debt, Step Change where defintly the lifeboat that saved me, they were none judgemental (this was my biggest fear) they took me through the stages of what would happen with kindness and understanding. They helped turn my life around

I was plagued with debt. I repeated a pattern of taking out credit to pay off other credit. Step change helped me get my finances in order. With their help and my own determination, I am working through my debt. I am in the best position I have ever been and have taken control of my finances.
