Staff are so helpful and I have never been disappointed

So helpful and understanding

Step change have really helped us with our finances. After losing my job due to illness we did have a few debts that started to accumulate. Changed my life

From having an accident at work and only receiving ssp for 6 months my world was turned upside down.£95 a week wasnt going to pay my houshold bills and feed me! I soon got in arrears with almost everyone and the stress it put on me as well as my broken ankle wasnt good. I contacted Stepchange and overnight i was a different person.
