It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Extremely helpful ongoing experience

From an indebtedness frightful situation that I found myself in, StepChange has overall helped me come to terms with where I was, and got me on a stable plan that is working for me very well in order to clear my debts timeously. Wonderful and life-changing help!

StepChange have quite simply been amazing. They were recommended by our mortgage provider, and I am so glad they did. I was beside myself with worry at the debts I had discovered, but every person I have spoken to during the last 18 months has been so helpful and sympathetic and I can't thank them enough or praise them highly enough.
