It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I didn’t know where to turn for help with my finances in the mess they were in, a friend recommended step change, when I contacted them they were friendly, helpful & non judgmental I have had my plan for over a year & whenever I needed to contact them they were always available. Absolute Godsend

I got into a lot of debt with cards and couldn’t see a way out. The charges were getting more and more expensive each month and I was really struggling and worried of how I could get through. I had heard of Stepchange before, but had thought in the past I could handle my debt but it kept spiralling. I went on line and it gave me a few options and I settled for the Debt Management. It only took a little while to complete and once submitted, within a short while my plan was in place. Stepchange did everything, so I didn’t need to worry. I’m over 12 months in now and feel a lot better about my debt. I would certainly recommend Stepchange for everyone who is anxious or struggling with debt, they really do help. Saved my life
