Amazing

I was struggling for months after I had my baby with loads of debts, I’m so happy that my health visitor passed this company onto me, there hands down the most understanding people every time I ring a different person and they always have the most amazing people skills, i’m never made to feel like I’m stupid for asking a question. Helped me recover in every way possible

I'd accumulated so much debt, (twice my annual incomings) and was only able to pay interest with no chance of ever paying back my debts. Stepchange couldn't have been more helpful, they explained each of my options and explained how each might effect my credit score (and how I could protect my chances of employment in a financial industry). Patient

I have an array of disabilities, and have needed lots of help. Everyone I have spoken to have been extremely patient, calm and lovely with me. They offered extra help as needed, and were always concerned with my safety. Because of my illnesses it took me almost a year to solidify my paperwork,(all down to me), they kept my account open and prompted me often to keep going. Excellent service

I reached out to Step Change who showed compassion &patience whilst we went through my debt. They took l the stress out of trying to manage my own debtors. They worked out a plan and are so professional&helpful throughout. If I have to call them the service is excellent. What a relief having such a service in this present climate of financial challenge for many. The fact we are being served by automation throughout so many of our businesses is frustrating for many,it also is very time consuming. Step Change are delivering a person centred approach and then you have the responsibility to manage your plan online,but are welcomed if needing to call and work out any issues.
