I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Fantastic .

Not judgmental. So helpful and patient on the phone, when you don’t have all the information to hand. Felt like a huge weight had been lifted after dealing with them I have spoken to several advisors I’ve a period. They are all consistent in their manner and attitude to help. Simple, Friendly, Free

It's easy to set up, the staff are friendly & not judgemental, the online portal is easy to use. I've been a member for years & have always been happy with the service.
