Simple, Friendly, Free

It's easy to set up, the staff are friendly & not judgemental, the online portal is easy to use. I've been a member for years & have always been happy with the service. Went on a dmp with Stepchange and their services have been great they make it easy to go debt free and I can always talk to their customer services if I have a query , so far I have halved my debt in just under a year , looking forward to being debt free thanks to Stepchange!!! A Great Charity
