I was a nervous wreck with debts piling up after being made redundant. Stepchange was recommended by a family member and it was the best thing I ever did. They talked me through everything and set up a manageable payment scheme. Reviewed on: 19th May 2024

Approachable and understanding

I was recommended by a friend to join step change after a lot of stress organising my debts and they were fantastic the process took very little time and they were so informative on what was going to happen and they are so wonderful when talking to advisor very understanding and approachable on anything. Life changing experience

I reached out to step change after a life event left me with debt I couldn’t repay at that level. The process of setting it up and providing creditor details was as smooth as anything They gave me support and advice and I am forever greatful to them. I am in a plan. The best move I ever made.
