A friend told me about step change I was so worried about my dept paying out more than I could I wouldn't no what I would of done without there help its Excellent service allows me to carry on without that worry . Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

Friendly non judgemental advice and support.

After building up an unmanageable amount of debt, I felt ashamed and didn't know what to do. Stepchamge was recommended by a medical professional. They have been a great amount of support in managing my debt and helping to form a plan to get it paid. I've got my life back and I feel in control of my spending and budgeting again. Life saver!

Patience

I suffer from anxiety and depression. This means that I often struggle to explain myself or the problem I need solving. Stepchange never rush me and always listen when I phone. Professional and supportive

Sleepless nights, social isolation and deteriorating mental health all relating to my debt…….then I was recommended Step Change! One phone call and everything changed for me!
