Patience

I suffer from anxiety and depression. This means that I often struggle to explain myself or the problem I need solving. Stepchange never rush me and always listen when I phone. By the time I put the phone down I feel less anxious and more reassured that things are going in the right direction. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022

Professional and supportive

Sleepless nights, social isolation and deteriorating mental health all relating to my debt…….then I was recommended Step Change! One phone call and everything changed for me! Budget Plan agreed and debt management process began with annual review or reviewed if any changes. Fabulous and supportive service, changed my life, literally!
