Experienced and Friendly people

From the beginning I was wary about discussing my finances in detail. This was because the previous engagement with my original mortgage company tainted my thoughts as there was little understanding or compassion of my situation, accompanied by showing impatience and attitude! However, Step Change have proven to be the opposite of all that! Each person I have talked to at Step Change has been very supportive and I am so pleased that I made contact with them. Very friendly, helpful, professional and well mannered

Over two years ago I was in a lot of debt with different companies and was unable to make the repayments until someone told me about Step Change, they took all my debt and made it into one affordable monthly payment, since then I am stress free and able to carry on with my job and also live a happy life thanks to Step Change. A Very Special Port in a Storm

Debt and the inability to clear it can make the individual inward looking or worse, like an ostrich with its head in the sand. Once the individual has found the strength to address the problem, StepChange is there to help. I cannot rate their empathy and, more importantly, their sympathetic practical guidance highly enough.
