Sleeping at last

After lots of sleepless nights , getting help was the best and easiest thing to do .It may seem daunting facing your debts but step change made everything straight forward. I was ashamed of myself and my situation

I was ashamed and felt so guilty for the situation I was in. I was sobbing my heart out, they talked to me and calmed me down and talked me through everything making sure I still had enough money to live on I was trying to give them more and to have them say that I couldn’t live on what I was offering them. A total life- saver

I called Step Change at the lowest point in my life - not knowing who to turn to. For the first time in my life I found myself in debt and unable to pay my credit cards. Step Change staff were incredible - so reassuring and helpful. And here I am with only 6 months left before I finish and Step Change have been there with me all the way.
