Customer service

Step change have been an incredible blessing to me.! The other thing I noticed is thier customer service is the highest level of excellence whenever I phone them. I have been a security officer for the last 30 years, and customer service is what I am well known for so believe me when I tell that I know what I am talking about and would not say so about stepchange if it was not true!
