A great help

Step Change has been a great help. I was just paying my interest before, then they took over and I pay a manageable amount each month. They’re very considerate of changes in your circumstances, and you can reduce payments if needed. I recommended them to my colleague and now she’s using them to get out of debt herself! Helpful and supportive

Stepchange basically changed my life. I was in so much debt and couldn't see a way out. After speaking with stelchange I felt like a whole weight had actually been lifted from my shoulders. They set up managble payments and it was easy to set up with their help. I get emails frequently giving advice and tips.. I have recommended Stepchange to my work colleague as I could see she was just like me and I k ew how stressful she was feeling. Best thing she ever did she said. The best and easiest service to get out of debt

I was in an awful position financially with no hope of getting out of it. My first call to Step Change completely changed my outlook. The advisor was genuinely understanding and incredibly helpful; my plan was in place in no time and I began to pay off manageable amounts each month. This allowed me to budget effectively and even save a little each month for unexpected costs. Two years into the plan and I can see me being able to pay it off earlier than planned and I’m able to have a life. A life saver!

I ended up with huge debts after my business failed, step change helped manage everything & now I just make one simple payment to them & they share that out amongst my creditors I was so stressed but now I can relax knowing my home is safe & no one is going to be knocking on the door demanding money! Great support and good advice.

Found myself in debt after having to find the deposit, first month's rent and moving cost while private renting. I was struggling and then I looked up places to go for advice and choose StepChange.
