Help when you need it

Was desperately in need of help and I'm so glad that Stepchange was recommended to me. They showed me a bit of light during a very dark time in my life. I immediately felt there was a way out of my financial situation and with their support I have made some real headway. It's tough, but their continued support is very welcome. I wish I had sought their advice sooner. I can recommend their service to anyone who cannot see a way forward with debt. Piece of mind

I have been with StepChange since 2008 and prior to that I was in a constant state of worry and anxiety. StepChange has ensured that all my creditors received regular monthly payments which greatly reduced that worry and anxiety. Out of five creditors, four have been payed up and I am now paying money to only one, and as long as the current situation of paying this creditor continues (which I expect to happen), I will be debt free by next May. I do not know what the situation would have been without the help, support and guidance from StepChange. Best financial move I have made and has given me piece of mind. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021

Life savers. Literally.

I don't know when my family would be without you guys. Last year we went through job loss, illness and massive drop of income meaning we just couldn't pay our debts. Step Change allows you freedom

I've always paid my bills but it was getting impossible to stretch the money any thinner to go around. Was constantly robbing Peter to pay Paul and this started affecting my health. Saved me from certain bankruptcy

In 2 months I'll be debt free thanks to stepchange. At a time when my creditors were saying I'd be better off going bankrupt, stepchange helped me budget my life and pay a monthly affordable amount to slowly pay off my debts.
