Completely lifted the heavy weight from my shoulders .

I was at the point where there was far more going out of my bank account than coming into it I lived off my credit cards and overdraft and I was really sinking fast . From the first phone call to Stepchange, I had hope, One of their advisers immediately made me feel there was light at the end of the tunnel. I had never heard of Stepchange , and I would highly recommend them to anyone that' has financial problems. I can't thank Stepchane enouugh for all their help and advice. Five stars from me . Literally a life saver

Step Change have helped me turn my life around. Due to a back injury I had to give up working leaving me with unsustainable debt and not enough means to repay it. Excellent journey after a disaster

After Heart surgery, redundancy and drink I was recommended by a friend to contact Step Change known then as the CCCS. Though not yet completely out of debt I feel I am over the hill and see the end in sight. I would recommend the company to anyone who wants to sort things out. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021

Step Charge

I don’t know what I’d have done if I hadn’t found out about Step Change. I’d built up a few credit cards after having many operations on my feet and because I’d been off work wages stopped and credit cards were used. Now I’m able to pay them off without interest charges.
