I was a nervous wreck with debts piling up after being made redundant. Stepchange was recommended by a family member and it was the best thing I ever did. They talked me through everything and set up a manageable payment scheme. Reviewed on: 19th May 2024

Previously we were with another company,told we would be clear about 6years ,never missed a payment but after 9years were told it would be another 9 years .so I rang step change they told me 2more years,then clear . Set up a DMP two years ago. Now I don’t have any creditors hounding me for money. I simply pay Stepchange each month and they decide the amount between my creditors and take away the worry and stress for me. Would highly recommend if your struggling and need relief from your worries. I didn’t know who to turn to and I buried my head in the sand for years and had dent from two previous relationships.
