Wonderful service

It is so nice to find a company who understand that it's not about people spending money they haven't got and that sometimes we can all fall on hard times. Step Change has given me peace of mind, security and a reminder that there is help available when things go wrong. The service is so easy and simple to understand, they are so quick to get you the help you need and they are always there to give you advice. I find step change very help and re assuring in making the right decision dealing with my debit.

since joining step change I find dealing with my finances much easier and looking forward in repaying all of my debit, the problem I had recently was covid-19, been unable to work and getting 80% of my salary I was unable to meet my payments which is very depressing. I would be returning to full time work on the 1st November which I would be able to return to my full payment. I feel I didn't get the full support I need because of the covid-19 and this maybe partly myfault dealing with Whole suitiuation . I hope going forward from here things would get much better. Help when needed

Don't know what I would have done without these people, I was not sleeping due to debts my husband had run up, other firms wanted a percentage of the fee paid every month but Step Change take nothing, solid with advice & options, cannot praise them enough.
