Easy process

Every member of the team i have spoken to have been kind and understanding and patient. I originally started trying to sort out my debts with another charity who took months, I’m so pleased Step Change had the online budget calculator for me to fill in in my own time and then when i phoned up they had the information ready to set up my DMP there and then on the phone, simple!! In times of need Step change is key.

A simple conversation with no judgment changed my life

Taken all on my creditors , working all my finances out with step change, has given me the chance to start again with my financial life.. Debt

I found I was in financial difficulty and did not know what to do, I was so worried and upset and happened to stumble over stepchange on the the Internet, it was one of the best phone calls i have made, straight away they took so much pressure of me, they were not judge mental at all, very professional and has answers to my questions, I felt so relieved. They put me on a debt management plan which was there recommendation, I have phoned them several times since when receiving letters from creditors and they always explain and talk me through everything and give me a understanding to what is going on.
