Fantastically supportive and friendly and reassuring.

From my very first contact with Step Change I was made to feel at ease, not at all judged, and never made to feel stupid for asking what I felt were stupid questions. Or having to ask to have things repeated several times due to my level of anxiety and depression, making it difficult for me to take information in over the phone, especially when dealing with figures & finances. Step Change have really been life savers. Before I got in contact the only way I could pay even the minimum payment on my huge credit card bills was by using one to pay others but I had reached my limit on all. Step Change got me through that and after over 10 years I only have just over a year to be free of debt . A huge thank you to Step Change. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
