A weight being lifted

Really helpful staff. I didn’t feel as though I was being judged about my debt at all. I have had my plan for a few years now and I am slowly getting things back on track. Took all my stress away!

The first time I contacted Stepchange, I was a mess mentally due to my financial difficulties and dept. Upon speaking to the advisors at Stepchange I was reassured instantly, I was given a lot of information and help in setting a budget plan. I don’t know what I would have done or where I would have been if Stepchange didn’t exist! A huge burden was lifted off my shoulders the minute my dmp started. I have now been with Stepchange for 4 years. All my debts will be paid off by next year. StepChange helped me recover my financial security

I was in a terrible state financially before I contacted Stepchange. It was affecting my mental health in a terrible way. I just couldn’t see a way out. They spent so much time talking to me and helping me sort out my finances from a mess to a manageable Payment plan and even contacted my creditors for me.
