Stepchange managed to save me from nights and days of worry. Fortunately I recognised my predicament fairly early on and contacting Stepchange was the best move I made. Quickly and efficiently they sorted out my debt problem without being judgemental, it was all done over the phone which suited me. I would recommend Stepchange to anyone who has a debt problem however large or small. I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel and could not have done it without their help and advice. I was in financial difficulty and one of my frieds advise me to speak to Step change back in 2011. Their charity name was different then. They guide me through my financials set up payment plan for me to pay so much to clear my debts. Staff are fantastic over the phone.. don't be afraid to ask their help.. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021
