Great company, understanding and efficient in getting you help where needed.

This company has really helped me so much. I was getting into debt and couldn't cope. After my first initial call with them I calmed down and have managed to put a plan in place to pay my debts leaving me headrace to concentrate on my little girl and not worry about debt. Excellent. Helped me so much.

From the start of my plan i have had more peace of mind. Customer service is excellent. They reassure you every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend if your in trouble with finances. My mental health has improved and I know if I have any issues all I need to do is call them. Caring Company

Took the Fear Away...

Yes that's what Stepchange did for me! I had incurred credit card debt, yes, like a lot of people, but when my DLA was changed to PIP and I lost the whole lot I could not pay my minimum amounts due each month. I remain disabled enough to have a Blue Badge by the way but the government disagrees! Anyway after asking my High Street Bank for a debt consolidation loan (and being refused that also...) I tried Stepchange in desperation. I could see no way out until Stepchange arranged a schedule of repayments for my creditors which I could afford. It has been running for 2 and 1/2 years now and I can manage to increase the payments each review (12 monthly) which reduces the time I will be in debt. I am aware that my credit is shot for 6 years, but honestly do I want any more credit? NO! Thank you Stepchange for allowing me to sleep at night, unlike the High Street Bank who were no help to me whatsoever..... Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021
