A friend told me about step change I was so worried about my dept paying out more than I could I wouldn't no what I would of done without there help its Excellent service allows me to carry on without that worry . Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

Life Changer.

I was in a fairly dark place in relation to credit card spending and repayments. After a phone call and and filling in a form or two with Step Change my life was returned to near normality. My two creditors readily agreed the repayment structure forwarded by Step Change, which left me with enough funds to function again. I am now able to sleep properly for the first time in years. A good send

I was very nervous and embarrassed about looking for help. Step change literally changed my life at a very difficult time. You dont feel judged or stupid for getting yourself into a financial mess. Changed my life

Before I started working with StepChange I felt totally consumed and overwhelmed by my debt. I just couldn't see a way through it and it was taking a gigantic toll on my mental health. I started my plan two years ago, and I'll be debt-free in seven months. I finally feel in control of it and, for the first time in over seven years, can finally see a debt-free future within reach. Life and sanity saving

I joined Stepchange when my mother needed 24 hour care and I was unable to work as much. My bills piled up and somebody recommended them.
