A friend told me about step change I was so worried about my dept paying out more than I could I wouldn't no what I would of done without there help its Excellent service allows me to carry on without that worry . Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

If sorting debt could be painless, this was it

I had already signed up with another debt company but found they only passed 85% of my monthly repayments to my creditors. Found Stepchange who not only do all the work for free but constantly keep me up to date as regards my o/s debt. Excellent company Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021

Literal life Saver

Stepchange Saved Me

When I found that I was in serious debt and had no way of paying it off one of my creditors advised that I contact Stepchange, and boy am I glad that I did. They listened to my problems in a sympathetic yet professional manner and after listening to the whole story gave me advice on how I could go about dealing with it. I took their advice and it has saved me an incredible amount of stress and subsequent illness. I'll be for ever grateful and debt free in 18 months time. Debt management kings & queens.

From the very beginning of contacting StepChange, they were helpful, kind & understanding. After speaking to them, we had the best nights sleep for a long time. They tailor made a debt plan for us and ensured our repayments were affordable. We have been with them for 6 years and this month (August) is our final payment.
