I was at my lowest point and did not know what to do when a friend told me to contact step change, from that point I did not look back, step change worked out how much I needed to pay my creditors and how much I would have left for myself, they stopped all the worrying and sleepless nights that I had, if I needed any help I could just ring and was reassured by the support Reviewed on: 8th July 2020

In the most troubling times for me, Step Change made the experience much more bearable. They never made me feel uncomfortable, they are totally dedicated to helping people in my predicament. Even in this trouble times Step Change still managed to advise and help me. I would recommend anyone in trouble with debt to contact them. we got ourselves in to a terrible mess a few years ago, 7 children and us on a low income, Stepchange took over the creditors and we were left with an easy mangible amount to pay each month, no worries, it took courage for us to admit we needed help but it was the best thing we did.
