A friend told me about step change I was so worried about my dept paying out more than I could I wouldn't no what I would of done without there help its Excellent service allows me to carry on without that worry . Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

In control of my debt

After my income dropped by a large amount, I was really struggling to cope with my outgoings. Life was becoming very difficult and stressful. From the first time I contacted StepChange, it was such a relief; a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. In a few months, my debt plan will come to an end and I couldn’t be more grateful to StepChange. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

Excellent Service

I approached step change when having difficulties with debt. They explained my options and set up a debt management plan for me. I am now nearing the end of the plan and step change have been nothing but supportive and when i have needed advice there's has been excellent. Would recommend to anyone requiring debt advice. Unbiased help and support
