Great, helpfully service

They were so helpful when I had finical struggle

In the nick of time

Just over a year ago i was overwhelmed by my debts and after some great advice from a friend I contacted Step Change. I got my life back.

After working till I was 69 years old, I had to stop because of arthritis and a hip replacement. I had Credit Card debts that I couldn't afford as I only have my pension. I contacted Stepchange and they sorted everything with a Debt Management Plan. My creditors are also on board and I have my life back. Made me feel I can cope.

From the moment they answer the phone they made me feel calmer. They advised me on how to deal with my creditors. They explained all the different options I had so I could make an informed choice.
