In times of need Step change is key.

A simple conversation with no judgment changed my life

Taken all on my creditors , working all my finances out with step change, has given me the chance to start again with my financial life.. I found I was in financial difficulty and did not know what to do, I was so worried and upset and happened to stumble over stepchange on the the Internet, it was one of the best phone calls i have made, straight away they took so much pressure of me, they were not judge mental at all, very professional and has answers to my questions, I felt so relieved. They put me on a debt management plan which was there recommendation, I have phoned them several times since when receiving letters from creditors and they always explain and talk me through everything and give me a understanding to what is going on.
