Excellent customer service every step of the way

I was very heavily in debt, Made the phone call to Step change and completed expenditure sheet and they were then able to advise on my options and very courteous staff helped set it up talking to all my creditors for me. Support when I needed it most :o)

Following a messy break up I was sinking with debt and suffering with stress and depression. Onequick phone call with Stepchange and the weight was lifted!
