A great company with friendly staff.

When you are in financial 'mess', StepChange helped us out of it with no judgement, just straightforward questions to give you the best advice. And they go through all your debts, followed by your income and expenditure to give your creditors a fair and affordable solution. They also contact your creditors to try and stop any further interest being added. We've been with them for several years and find them great and friendly. Thank you StepChange. I was initially overwhelmed by the process but overall it was so smooth, the agent I spoke to and the online processe were both easy and considerate given the emotional distress involved in managing debt.
