StepChange are a charity and do not charge users for their services. They provide practical advice for people experiencing financial difficulties, offering solutions and taking away the worry. The support is ongoing and always available when you need it. Financial problems can seriously affect mental health and StepChange take away a lot of the immediate pressures and worries.
