It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. They are good at setting up debt repayment plans.

They are good at setting up debt repayment plans. However not very good at answering questions relating to legal aspects of your debts. There are usually long waits when trying to contact them. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

The Stepchange service has been life saving

The Stepchange service has been life saving, I had got into a real mess financially, I can now sleep without worrying about money. The whole process was fast and easy and best of all, free. Most creditors have stopped all interest. Can recommend Stepchange highly enough. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
