A massive relief

had overpayment of tax credits was worried sick..

had overpayment of tax credits was worried sick as couldnt pay it back contacted step change who helped me with monthly payments as was on low pension and overpayments was from years before and never missed a payment to them since they set it up Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Very Impressed .

Very Impressed with communications. On line application allowed me to complete on own and reduce need to be on the phone for ages. A responsive turnaround to get debt management plan in place. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

At last a way out

Spent years servicing a recycling debt , got to the point where all my wages went on bills and had to put all the months next month’s living expenses on credit cards ( circa £1000 a month , I had never misses any payments and my credit score was 999, The stark realisation came , as it simply could not carry on , Phoned step change who helped me enormously I my payments are now 20% of what they were , and can now actually start do live a little Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
