Step Change is the best thing I did

Until I contacted Step Change I was forever missing payments and my credit score was sinking like a stone but thanks to Step Change it has helped to rebuild my credit score and maintain my regular payments to the point of two months I will be debt free. My credit card debt was became unaffordable when my circumstances changed due to poor health. Step Change were excellent and helpful and also very friendly. A few simple details about what I owed to who and what my income and outgoings were and they took it from there, speaking to my creditors themselves. It has relieved me of stress. I was in crippling debt after my partner left me with nothing and companies started chasing me for COVID pause payments. Stepchange helped me by taking my debt and contacting the companies on my behalf. They helped me make the repayments and managed the communications between myself and the collectors.
