It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. A genuinely understanding and kind organisation

My whole experience with Step Change has been extremely positive. The process is very straightforward to set up and is like a huge weight being lifted. Also, as someone who suffers from anxiety, especially around money, I could not rate Step Change highly enough for their kindness and understanding when I mentioned this - they offered to put a note on my file so other advisers knew to bear this in mind when I call, which I was really happy to accept. I was depressed relationship was struggling and the weight on my shoulders was enormous, step change changed it all for me, even though I felt worthless they gave me hope and made me feel normal, paying back at a rate I could afford and 90% less worried don't think about it just contact them they are so nice and everything they do is personal centered.
