It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Stepchange was a game changer.

Stepchange was a game changer. I was at my lowest point with no light at the end of the tunnel. They helped reach out to my creditors and set up a payment plan that actually works for me. They truly helped get me out of the mindset that I just dont know how to cope anymore. If it wasn't for Stepchange i'm not sure I'd even be around right now.
