It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. StepChange Charity - Outstanding Support

StepChange Charity provided me with outstanding support during a very difficult financial period in my life. From the very first conversation, their team was professional, understanding, and completely non-judgmental. They took the time to carefully listen to my situation, explain all of my options clearly, and help me create a realistic plan to regain control of my finances. What impressed me most was how compassionate and patient they were throughout the entire process. Dealing with debt and financial stress can feel overwhelming, but StepChange made everything much easier to understand and far less intimidating. Their advice was honest, practical, and focused entirely on helping me find the best solution for my circumstances. Get out of confusion get out

I being stuck with heavy debt and was going into it more and more Step change had sorted all creditors by one stop solution and at the money I could afford with tailored made plan with Dee t management well deserve a NGO like this to get helped .
