Lovely people to talk to, made a difficult, stressful process east. If TSB had helped me the way stepchange has, when I first realised I needed help, instead of encouraging me to extend overdraft, get a credit card, I would not of had to contact stepchange. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Helpful advice, helped me through a very stressful and worrying time. Being in debt and on maternity leave was an awful situation to be in, but step change was there to help guide me through. I spent years worrying about my debt and how I was going to get through the month after paying all my bills. Contacting Stepchange, speaking with their amazing staff and realising that I was not the only person in this position, took a huge weight off of my shoulders. Stepchange contacted all of my creditors and arranged affordable and agreed payments with all of them. I honestly wish I had contacted Stepchange years ago.
