Really helpful Debt Charity organisation

Really helpful Debt Charrity organisation that adviced and assisted me to get out serious financial difficulties with regards to my hard debt. They helped to deal with banks and to set up a budget and a repayment plan and to stick to it. I really needed helped in a period of my life when everyone was just shutting doors on me and they intervened at the very right moment. I will always be grateful for what they did. I was in a terrible state both mentally and financially and didn't know what to do about either! A friend of mine recommended contacting Stepchange and it was the best thing I ever did, they contacted all my creditor's and arranged an affordable action plan to pay them back, they take a payment once a month and pay my creditors which has taken a huge weight off of my shoulders, their advice has been brilliant and the website is very user friendly so I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with debt Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Life saving support

StepChange have been amazing support in helping me deal with my debts after my circumstances changed and I was unable to keep up with payments. Whilst setting up my debt management plan, the customer service team were amazing, very understanding, informative and offered great advice.
