It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I was struggling making multiple payments after COVID and being made redundant, STEP CHANGE helped so much contacting my creditors and making sure I only paid what I could afford. StepChange have been life changing for me, providing non judgemental advice and support. I was drowning in debt, barely able to make minimum credit card payments and struggling with crazy high interest rates.
