It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Absolute god sent

I had 7 years worth of Dept to pay off now.. step change help me keep up the ability to pay and see it to the very end without missing a single payment. Top quality service! Saved me in many ways

I have been on a Debt Management Plan for a few years to clear some substantial debts incurred at a hard time in my life. Stepchange has honestly been a lifesaver for me. They have been helpful, understanding and always made payments to my creditors on time. They have been extremely understanding on certain occasions when I have not been able to make a full payment towards my plan.
