It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Step change benefits

When I needed help and advice Stepchange were there...

When I needed help and advice Stepchange were there for me. Easy to talk to and you always felt they listened. I never had to talk directly with anyone else, they really helped me when I was being hounded, all this disappeared. My advice to anyone is never put your head in the sand go to StepChange and let them help. No judgement on their part and within a few weeks a debt reduction plan was fully operational and all parties were happy Reviewed on: 6th June 2025
